De-redaction techniques - embedding-shapes - 02-05-2026 They might have been sloppy with the redactions, we should list techniques that might work on files to figure out what's behind the redactions. RE: De-redaction techniques - embedding-shapes - 02-05-2026 One thing I've noticed, is that some redactions seems to have been "search and replace all" across all files, which is a bit of a fuck up on their side. Why? Because not all the documents contain non-public information. So say they ran a search and replace for "Books" for example, and one of the newsletters Epstein at one point received contains a snippet of text like "And then they burned all the [Redacted] and we thought that was fun" that can also be found via search engines, then finding out what the redacted part is becomes very easy. |
